VideoGrabs app and actionset installer
VideoGrabs.app is a simple application designed to resize and add metadata to video frame grabs. The action set (and javascript) help to facilitate fast and easy frame grabs from directly within Photoshop CS3 Extended. It’s an unlocked applescript, so feel free to modify it to suit your own needs. It requires OS 10.4 or higher and Photoshop CS3 although it could be easily modified to work with earlier versions of photoshop.
